transfer from neighbors filter

Hey Tyson, 
I am trying transfer scale to particles by property transfer from their siblings or by some sort of a cluster, it seems its not achievable right now.

to clarify,  the other option(transfer to cluster) doesn't have Neighbor Radius options which if was enabled it will solve my problem.

Yea transfer to cluster applies to all particles regardless of their positioning....

I guess you're right...there's not a way to filter by cluster AND by proximity. I'll add that to the todo list.
