Low Poly/High Poly
#1
What is the correct pipeline when working with HighPoly objects in tyFlow? An example is a scene with 20 different HighPoly objects (about 7 million polygons). I made LowPoly object versions (~7500 polygons) for tyFlow PhysX Shape operator (objects interacts together). Later I exported simulation as objects and then linked all HighPoly objects to exported LowPoly objects for rendering. But is this the right path? I wasted four hours for hiding/unhiding, linking and placing objects in layers..

Depends on your setup...for 20 objects it's probably a lot easier to just create a reference flow of your low poly flow, then use a Shape operator to replace the low poly shapes with high poly. Add them all in the same order to the operator and they should replace their matching shape.

I forgot to say that after Birth operator objects spawned from 20 to 160 units. Is Your answer is still valid?

Yes, but instead of a Shape operator in the second flow just use a Birth Objects operator to match the first setup.
