progress bar position

Hi, I have one question which I have had in mind for a long time. Is it a good or bad idea to have a simulation progress bar somewhere else like on the top of TF window or inside the flow workspace? I found that I always have it covered by other windows. Sometimes I`m not sure if I need to close Max or wait if I set some parameters too far.
