Force Operator

Hey there, I had this interesting observation, maybe a bug or an issue,

If my particle is at [0,0,0] FORCE - perlin and turbulence doesnot work, zero movement of particle.
If I move the particle on any axis by 0.00001, they work...

Please check.....
