Alternative to 'Grid' in helper objects
#1
Currently if you want to change the draw height you have to go into helper objects and place a grid then you have to set that grid to the desired height in then you have to side click and go to 'Activate Grid'

But I was thinking that instead of having to do all that, why not have a function/command where you can select a vertex, side click and click somewhere in the menu 'Set Draw Height' which sets the draw height to the height of that vertex.

What do you think of this idea?

Yes i'm referring to the helper object called 'Grid' It allows you to change the draw height(as in what z axis an object(for example a box) will be created when you drag the mouse to create an object))
