Particle PhysX for Collision for actors (to let them not intersect)
#1
Hello again,

I have used a Particle PhysX operator, that should prevent the intersection of actors.
I adjusted of course the radius quite big.
But I can't see any effect in my simulation, all actors intersect still.

What have I to do else to get them not intersecting?

Thanks

You're sending all particles out so this setup is no different than before. You should send rig/root particles out from the Actor operator itself. Not with another operator.

Okay, I did a test with the Actors node itself sending particles out. It was nearly the same result as using the flow before with a standard "send out".
(And it worked after I set "Test True > Root particles", before everything stopped moving at all)

But the particle physX still has no effect.
I have set the radius already at extreme values...

Can you post the file please.

I will send by email a link, thanks.
I have today updated to Tyflow pro, it seems to me not to draw the collision shapes or I oversaw something Wink
(But it seems to work faster in the viewport, which I didn't expect)

Thanks, just to note it here:
Solution was to uncheck "Ignore start penetrations"
- because the radius was also set too high, that they never separated, in order to get the action "ignore after separation" to be started

And for the display of the radius the modifier on tyflow had to be disabled.
