Help with cloth bind to object (scene file)

Hello!
Trying to get a cloth to deform/follow a path deformed plane.

I am kind of getting there but the flowiness (nice flowy creases for example) of the fabric dissapears and it bulges wierd. If anyone more experienced have the time to have a look and give some pointers that would be amazing
