rotation operator causing unwanted Phys motion

In the attached data the Rotation operator is causing the rocket to move after it's come to rest. If I disable the rotation it stops fine. How can I have it come to rest normally with the Rotation operator on? Or is there a better way to have the rocket point in the direction of travel?

Fixed it by sending a custom float from the collision operator to disable the rotation with a filter.
I'm gradually getting the hang of this.
