I was about to extend my subscription for tyFlow. I had to cancel this because there was VAT invoice in addition to product prize, It should not be there. I don't think tyFlow is paying Finnish taxes. Could You please check that?
If You have a Finnish Tax ID, it would change the situation, but then I would need to know it.
I do collect and pay VAT, yes.
If you have your own VAT number, you can enter that during checkout and VAT will be removed from the invoice (due to reverse charge VAT).

I was confused since normally the VAT information is given before check-out. And if not, there's a mention on webshop that VAT information is handled on check-out. Anyway I managed to get it through without VAT.
VAT is not collected from sales to other EU country if the buyer is VAT liable.
