Building destruction

Howdy!

First of all fantastic plugin, got me hooked in the first 10 minutes. Purchased it the next day and can't wait to see what's down the road.

So to the matter at hand. 
I have been messing around with the plugin, no experience in anything like this before so forgive me if I'm doing something daft or have just missed something.

I created some building parts, pillars with rebar, and floors.

I created separate events for the grouped objects and bound the rebar and pillars and floors together.

When I scrub through the timeline the building just explodes and the roof lifts off. I've been changing settings and playing around with all the settings for some time now and I'm at a total loss as to what I'm doing wrong.

I've attached the file as that's probably the best way to see what I've done wrong, any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried "ignore start penetrations" in PhysX shape?

Thanks for your input however after much trial and error I figured out my issues.
