Rotation - Spline align, unable to align？

I have used all the options for 'Rotation' - 'spline alignment', but the axial alignment cannot be truly aligned. I used a normalized spline again and found that it was still the same. Because the operation and scenario are very simple, I only uploaded the operation video.
I'm not sure if these are actually like this or are they bugs? So let me inquire about you. thank you

Thank you for the file. The issue is specifically related to spline align mode....even if 'surface' is set to forward source, it will not sample the surface. This will be fixed in the next build.
