Tyconform/Tyselect - Use vertex selection bug?

A colleague made me aware of a possible tyselect/tyconform bug...

1. Create two geospheres (A,B)
2. Add a tySelect to Geosphere A, in gizmo mode, selecting a group of verts.
3. Add a tyConform to the Geosphere A, and pick Geosphere B as a tyconform target.
4. Enabling 'Use vertex selection' doesn't seem to work. It only sometimes works when the timeline is scrubbed. Saving the max file also seems to remove the selection.

Are you on the latest build?

Saving the file does seem to reset the selection (which is a weird bug I will fix), but other than that the selection (using your example setup) seems to work, scrubbing the timeline or not...

So I've now fixed an issue where tyConforms on top of tySelects stop working if "use vertex selection" is enabled and you save the scene for the first time, but I can't reproduce the other issue.

Also note that in v1.023 a tyConform selection bug was fixed, so make sure you're on that build or newer...
