multifracture mesh center

Hey, 

am not sure what is happening here, but I found multiple off behaviors with using multifracture and physx binding. 
the binding exists off the mesh center where its pivot is.

everything set to default expect some extra Voronoi points. 

also, when using element attach operator to attach all elements the end result mesh spreads a bit too. 

brick fracture works without this problem, so I think it's a bug.
