pose-space bind retargeting

I have a Maximo rig and the actor semi kinematic setup have a jump every 10-15 frames, it works fine with biped and CAT rigs so it's probably bones orientation thing.
so I thought I report this just in case.

Thanks for the file...definitely something weird going on that I will have to look into.
