TyFlow suddenly started crashing my 3Ds Max

Hello! Yesterday in my office, my partner and I started having problems with the 3Ds Max that crashes when we open it. After various instalations and desinstalations, we got to the problem and it is the TyFlow but we do not know what is the problem. We tried with the latest version, with an year old version but the problem persists and we find no solution online.
Here I leave my minidump attached, to see if you could give me a hand.
