No material with ty cache

For some reason with load instance material checked there is no material with ty cache and octane.    When rendering with tyflow without ty cache material is showing.

You'll need to render as instances in order to have the instanced materials appear.

The Octane devs handled their own tyFlow implementation, so I'm not sure if they supported instance rendering for tyCaches.
