This question applies for most of the test ops -
Lets say you create two primitive shapes in the viewport, 1 you turn into a particle, the other you test against
So for example I create a cylinder that will be my surface test object.
Then I create a cube I turn into a particle. I animate the original cube, move it toward the sphere and back away over time.
I enable inherit position in the object animation section of the birth object operator.
Now I do a test - eg: surface test - ie: is the cube xx distance away from the cylinder. I send the particle out to another event when the test is true.
The particle that was inheriting motion (position) from the source poly, stops inheriting motion once it leaves the event the birth operator is in.
in other words - the motion is only inherited while its in that same event as the birth event its created in.
Is this normal behavior or a bug ?
Thanks Mate
