Maximize window problem W10

When maximizing the window by dragging top bar to top of the screen, it leaves a grey area.

Maximizing manually from bottom right corner works fine.

Not exactly sure if this is because I updated windows from 1803 to 1809, or the GPU driver.

Anyone else have this issue?

Yep, sorry, this was inadvertently introduced in the latest build as a side-effect of the UI flicker reduction, and is fixed in the next build.
