Bind pose match problem

trying to understand bind pose matching, I am looking to the help files provided in hopes to work out a problem in my scene but i notice in the help file only 1 actor seems to be animating, all i did was change it from 50 to 6. why might only the first be working?

In the scene i am working on, none of them seem to work.

Looks like a regression that I missed...you may need to revert to an older build until I get it fixed...

Thanks, going back works correctly in your help file. but i still cannot get it work with CAT. The animations do not come through in all my tests. Is there a trick with CAT?
