Load cloth meshes into Birth Flow

Not sure if this makes sense, but it would be great if cloth meshes (including all binding properties) in a Flow could be preserved as such when referenced via a Birth Flow, maybe as an option.

Similarly, it would be awesome if a cloth mesh could be saved and retrieved via tyCache.
