tyFlow error message on Start Up

I got a new workstation. Have begun to see these tyFlow related messages. How to fix this, or does it even need to be fixed?

I accidentally installed localized (Finnish) Windows.

Generally it asks after each reboot permission to start tyFlow license server, because it can't recognize the source of the file. To continue I need to grant the permission every time I log on..

It's a standard Windows message that will appear when running an unsigned exe. You can just click yes.
