Material from object

Hello!
Im trying to reference the material from my original object, but its not rendering as expected. strange thing is that the correct material name is showing up in the data!
What am i missing? on latest build. thanks!

I think that "instance from reference" works only with Vray (or maybe with RedShift too).

Try just applying material to the TyFlow object itself, and it should work.

thanks for the reply - that def works as you'd expect, i was just trying to find an alternative method!
