Wobble axis missing?

The Wobble documentation suggests that there should be a Axis Affect XYZ but only X and Y exist?
   

Just checking that's correct?

Only axes not equal to your wobble axis will be available for locking.

For example, switch wobble axis to Y, and you'll see only X/Z can be locked.
