Terrain Download cannot stitch big color tiles
#1
I tried to download part of terrain 487x487km with the highest possible resolution using Terrain Download operator. Elevation map had been downloaded and stitched to one PNG file successfully. But downloading color tiles took few attempts to download and I was not able to get one stitched color map at all. I assume there was a problem to make one huge PNG file. I had to use SAS Planet program to download high resolution satellite image instead. Could we have an option to stitch color map to JPG, instead of PNG? I have attached .XML file I used.

Hmm, yes - I can repro the issue here it seems. I'll make a note to dig further into it. In my test it downloaded all 3300 color tiles, but then couldn't stitch them together and I'm not sure why...

I had a similar problem of saving high resolution images to PNG in SAS Planet program. I save them to JPG instead. Would be nice to have an option to select JPG instead of PNG if it is possible.
