Flock Operator affects all events

I dont know this is intentional but any flock operator used in any event affects all particles globally, even though events are not connected.

Sounds like a bug....noted. Thanks!

Hey, I tried reproducing the problem but was unable to. Particles from separate events respect whether or not the flock operator is in their event.

However, they will consider all particles of the flow when figuring out their velocity calculations (even particles in other events). This is intended. You can filter out particles from other events by giving the particles in your flock event a unique particle group (Particle Group operator), and then in your Flock operator, choose that group as the filter.

Oh, I see. That is what I was talking about. I somehow assumed that different events should not affect each other. But I accept that this way it is more useful. I noticed that instead of grouping, using another tyFlow object for separation may be another option for simple scenarios.

Thanks!
