Please add an include / exclude option to the colliders list of collision operator

Hi,

I think it would be great when you can implement an include / exclude option to the colliders list of the collision operator.
The default value should be "include", so it will behave as it does for now.
But when you change the list to "exclude", all scene objects are threaded as colliders by default and you just have to pick the objects you want to exclude from collisions. That would be helpful in setups where nearly every object should be used for collisions or in cases when objects first will be generated in future time.
