Object bind operator: Per axis selection

Can you please add per axis selections to object bind operator for P|R|S to define which axes should be affected?

F.e. when I enable rotation bind and I want that the particle is locked to the objects "Z" rotation only, so that just its X and Y rotations can further be affected by other effects.

Maybe a switch if the axis binding should be Local-to-Local, World-to-World or World-to-Local would be good too in this case.
