Delauney remesher

Hi,

I think now that we have a very competitive cloth simulator we need a delauney remesher to have good evenly distributed triangles in our input meshes.
Subdivide node is ok but best cloth simulation we need even triangles.

Autodesk's upcoming retopo tools are probably up to this task. Would be a waste of effort on my part to do my own rollout of something similar.
