Voronoi internal geometry / cap issues

Some polygons go missing when using the Voronoi Fracture operator. I've tested this with different shapes, using "cloud" or "random on shape surface" options, and with or without "optimize slice borders" turned on.

The attached max file shows this issue, and you should be able to see it with or without "optimize slice borders" on from the set camera location at frame 0. Tyflow 0.16043 and Max 2020.

Thanks, I'll make a note to check the scene when I get the chance.

In the meantime, make sure your geometry doesn't have self intersections and things like that....they can cause problems when fracturing.
