num key pad is not working

i use max 2018 and tyflow new ver.
num pad(right side) 2,4,6,8,-,+,enter key are not working and copy and paste number is not working(if i try copy the number, paste object.)
but in max number pad working well. only in tyflow and tyflow icons pannel not working.
plz how can i fix this?
is the problem solved? or is it still a problem?

Yes a couple people have reported this, but I have no idea what's causing it and it doesn't affect all machines (numpad works fine on my machine...so I can't repro the issue here). For now I don't know what the fix is because I don't know what the cause is.

i have one more question. could this be an AMD problem?
there was no problem installing the same version on another computer, both computers in question use AMD.
one computer that didn't have a problem is INTEL.
