Try this:
- substeps 50, and also, within your main settings in tyflow icon, there is a time step, increase it from frame, to 1/8 or 1/16 frame. How dense is geometry? If it's very low poly, it might go through other object. If that's the case (and the above doesn't help), try increasing polygon count.
