deforming fracture question - ccrules - 05-02-2021 Hi I'm trying to do something similar to one of the example scenes where an animated object is converted to cloth and turned into a physx simulation while still maintaining its animated deformation (tyFlow_deformingFracture_001.max). If you see the attached movie, I'd like to find a way to have the physx pieces collide with the still-deforming cloth object. Any thoughts on how this could be done? I was thinking the approach would be to take the non-physx section and use it just a collision object on a per-frame basis (convert it, collide with it, delete it, convert next frame). Just can't figure out how to do that. Thanks much! |
