Position Transfer OP and Spline paths issue - chriss3d - 01-15-2022 Hello I need to make an effect of energy (lighting like) travelling thought moving girl torso. I have built already the setup (on static mesh) based on spawn by travel distance and spline paths based on siblings relationships. This works great and I got the right look. Now I want to replicate the same result to moving mesh. I got the Position Transfer working but there is one big issue. It looks like Position Transfer operator does not save particle relationship information and spline paths based on siblings don't work as well (see the image - blue mesh is the moving mesh). Any clue how to resolve this ? Thanks Cheers Chris RE: Position Transfer OP and Spline paths issue - tyFlow - 01-16-2022 It's true that sibling relationships aren't transferred over...so what you'll want to do is instead convert that sibling data into target data. Use a Set Target operator in your pink flow, set the mode to siblings and then in your blue flow, connect the lightning by target data. Make sure to enable custom float caching in your pink flow. RE: Position Transfer OP and Spline paths issue - chriss3d - 01-17-2022 Thanks Tyson !!!! Should I include the set target op in my blue flow ? I did what you said but it does not generate the splines in my blue flow. The target channel is visible but Spline Path op won't generate the lines. .... Thanks Cheers Chris RE: Position Transfer OP and Spline paths issue - tyFlow - 01-17-2022 Hi Chris, can you upload the file here or send to support@tyflow.com, just so I can see directly what's going on.
