Presets does not work - leonard.pihlblad - 05-09-2023
Hi. I noticed my terrain color presets does not work, most of them are just black, some is a color here and there but the rest black.
Ive also notices when I do different erosions, the different presets barely give a different result. I've tried on both 3dsmax 2022 and 2024, and I tried to reinstall the plugin. nothing works. please help
I've also noticed now that the terrain presets doesn't work either. it just creates a black flat plane.
PLEASE! can someone help me

with further testing now I can't seem to fix the problem. Adjusting the presets seems like it changes things.
some of the graphs are completely flat, and as soon as I adjust them I can see some terrain.
I've also tried to adjust to different unit setups. but nothing helps. I'm out of ideas.
I have a deadline next week so really hope someone can help me with this.

I talked with Tyson and the issue was windows had a comma (,) in place instead of a dot (.) go into you control panel, region and language and then advanced settings.
he's working on a fix. but if you stumble upon this this is the fix.
