TyVertexChamfer - dantetron - 02-07-2025 Howdy, crew! I've always struggled with one thing to make my Ty results look nicer and that's edging my destruction edges with a chamfer. If you look below, you'll see a pretty typical Voronoi Fracture destruction. Where the edges look unnaturally linear... fracture.JPG I use Arnold as a renderer and, yes, there are some shader tricks I can use to achieve this need. But sometimes that's not possible. I was sorta hoping TyVertexChamfer was the answer for this but I get the feeling this is more to assist cloth challenges. And there's not a whole lot out there as far as what TyVertexChamfer's primary functionality is or how to use it. Or am I barking up the wrong tree? Thanks! RE: TyVertexChamfer - tyFlow - 02-07-2025 Make sure you're using the latest build, then switch to a multifracture workflow - legacy Voronoi fractures are essentially obsolete.
