How does property test output two objects in a collection into corresponding channels, such as instance tyflow_balloons_001.max
I'm not quite sure what you're asking, but you can assign certain properties to max scene objects directly using the tyActor properties floating dialog. There is a button to open the dialog in the tyActor settings rollout. Once you do that, max will automatically add those properties to actor rig particles generated for those objects.
