Can the color of an object be transferred to tySplineMesher using particles?

Hello.

Is it possible to emit particles on the surface of an object and save the object's texture color to a custom vector?

Also, can I use the values of that custom vector to color the tySplineMesher?

Other than the above, is there any other way to transfer the color of an object's texture to a particle and then spline that particle to transfer the color to tySplineMesher?

I'm using a translation tool, so sorry if the context is wrong.
