Not sure what's the problem guys.
I had some free time, and I did it quickly.
2 things I only changed in Physics.
1) In the physX shape operator, I checked "ignore start penetrations",. so the ice cube don't collide immediately when spawned.
2) In the physX Collision operator, I changed the "hull type" to mesh, so it doesn't simplify geometry.
I didn't even increased timing substeps, and PhysX substems (but if your system are faster, you might consider that).
