Thank you for the reply Flipping the normals did not seem to fix the issue either. I ended up recreating the mesh and all is well. I am guessing the original mesh maybe was not registering correctly or has some issues that I am not able to diagnose.
I love TyFlow! it is amazing - still much to learn
