tyActor ragdoll not working with Mixamo?

Mixamo rigs uses default FBX bones which are just helpers.
Helpers are point in space, not actual geometry that can collide (which is required for RagDoll effect).

So, your best bet is to use Mixamo script for 3DS Max, that transfer fbx bones back to biped bones.
