Use the repeater option from the birth operator and set it up properly.

The birth has a repeater, but the birth objects do not.
I want to create the shape of the moment as a particle every specific frame by referring to the character moving through the bone.
birth objects do it perfectly, but you cannot set the frame interval and spacing
