Tyactor modifierstack

I realized if i use modifiers on top of the skin modifier. Tyactor isn't using all stuff above the skin modifier.
Is that right or did i something wrong.
In my case i have a skinmorph an editpoly on top of the skin modifier.
In tyflow its showing just to the skin.
