Change above that red selection.
Switch from from Object XYZ, to Explicit map channel (just click where it says Object XYZ, asnd change it to Explicit map channel)
Then change scale of the noise, to something very small...like: 0,02...

Now, I am not sure if this will fix your problem , but when working with 3D procedurals, Max viewport doesn't show correctly Object XYZ mapping, so safest is to swith to Explicit map channel.
