Is tyflow good to simulate secondary animations on characters?

Since i cant find any tutorial that cover this topic, soft bodies on skinned characters(muscle, breasts, belly jiggle), should i put some time and make it work using Tyflow or look elsewhere, like paid plugins or even outdated max Flex?
