how to check for the texture whether its white or black continuously?
after it turns red it just continue without checking .. how to let the particle check the texture like a loop  .. as in the gif it turns red once ... .. how to make it turn back to the original color depending on the texture .. and not only once ..

Just create a loop of events, one checking for white, the other for black.

i tried but seems like its just checking once .. like its all should be tuned with the time (frame).
