I have a fast-moving emitter that releases particles (smoke ) and I want the particles to follow the velocity and direction of the emitter, not trail behind. I'm a bit stuck - any ideas?

I'm assuming the emitter is some type of geometry?
Surface Force has a velocity option which you can use to inherit velocity from a mesh.
Hi there! to put it more in detail - Yes I have a skinned character (that releases particles as smoke) moves extremely fast leaving the particles behind. I simply want to have more control over these particles so they neither get left behind or move ahead... I'll check out the options with Surface Force
