noob question: how to full a box with balls

Hello guys and sorry for my silly question but I just
started to use tyflow for 3ds max.
Can some body tell me how to full this box with balls?
I start the simulation but all balls go outside.

Instead of collision operator, use PhysX collision, add your tube, and make sure to change from convex hull to mesh in that operator.
