Objectbind based on uvs (or an option in the rotation operator)

It would be really awesome to have particles aligned to a surface based on the uv's instead of vertex order, faces center etc.
Right now you have plenty of options but no option to scatter objects based on the uvs (correct my if i am wrong)

This option would eliminate all needs for any other scatter plugin.

I'm not really sure what you mean by scatter based on uvs....or how that relates to the Object Bind operator? Could you elaborate?
