particle ends to move with the icon

Hi,
We are making the effect of coming out ivy that captures am object. Unfortunately when the icon is moving spline ends dont move with it. is there way to attach spline ends to the icon so they always move together like ropes?

Here is the scene. I just cannot get particles that originate from the icon to follow with the icon. 
And if I animate teapot like it's getting pulled by ivy ivy also stays for some reason

You have to attach your particles using Object Bind. If they are part of a particle bind setup don't forget to de-activate them with a Particle Switch as well.
