Develop a ripple animation program map. Used with tyflow particles.

Max used to have a ripple animation program, but now it doesn't. I'm not sure it's very difficult, but it should be very practical.

I always liked the Reactor ripple/wave spacewarp and have missed it since it's removed...I haven't look too far into developing my own alternative, though.
